TreeMendus Arbor Care
Ethical Foundations. Proven Process. Trusted Expertise.
Every consultation we perform is grounded in professional ethics, scientific integrity, and respect for both your property and the living systems within it. We believe that honest diagnosis, transparent communication, and long-term stewardship are the foundation of true arboricultural care. Our goal is not to sell unnecessary services—but to provide clear, defensible guidance that protects your trees, your investment, and your peace of mind. We build trust by documenting conditions, explaining risks, and standing behind every recommendation we make.

We rely on industry standards, tree physiology, and site-specific analysis-not guesswork

Our assesments are based on what is best for the tree and site, we're not selling a "one size fits all" approach.

We support our findings with documentation, monitoring, and ongoing guidnace.
A consulting arborist is an independent tree health and risk professional whose primary role is diagnosis, evaluation, and expert guidance—not tree removal or routine maintenance. Unlike service-driven providers, consulting arborists function as objective advisors, applying research, standards, and advanced assessment methods to complex tree and site conditions.
Most “arborists” in the industry are focused on pruning, removals, and general maintenance. While many do good work, their evaluations are often secondary to production goals. Recommendations may be influenced by equipment, scheduling, or service packages rather than long-term tree health.
Our consulting practice is different.
We specialize in:
Advanced structural and physiological assessment
Site impact analysis
Construction and development consulting
Risk management and liability mitigation
Failure potential evaluation
Long-term preservation planning
We operate as authoritative experts—providing defensible, documented opinions that property owners, municipalities, attorneys, and developers rely on. In Northern Utah, our diagnostic accuracy, treatment planning, and follow-through set the standard for professional tree consulting.
When accuracy matters, and consequences are real, our level of analysis makes the difference.
A comprehensive site consultation evaluates not just individual trees, but the entire living environment that supports them. This includes soils, drainage, construction impacts, compaction, root zones, microclimates, infrastructure conflicts, and long-term development pressures.
Most arborists focus on visible symptoms—dead limbs, thinning canopies, or surface damage. These surface signs are often treated without addressing underlying causes.
Our comprehensive consultations identify why problems are occurring and how to correct them permanently.
We analyze:
Root health and soil structure
Hydrology and drainage patterns
Historical site disturbance
Construction and grading impacts
Utility conflicts
Traffic and compaction stress
Environmental limitations
This systems-based approach allows us to design treatment strategies that restore function—not just appearance.
In Utah’s challenging climate and soils, this level of assessment is essential. Our firm is recognized for delivering the most accurate diagnoses and effective post-diagnosis treatment plans in the state.
Our consultations go beyond visual inspection. Each assessment includes structured evaluation, risk analysis, and actionable planning. After your consultation, you receive clear reports, prioritized recommendations, and guidance for implementation—along with optional monitoring and follow-up support to ensure long-term success. We don’t disappear after the diagnosis.
